This completed form along with the proposed roofing product sample including color and texture must beapproved by the Summerfield Architectural Committee before you start roofing.

Roofing:
All roofs shall be made of cedar shakes or high definition composition roofing material no less than 30 years
warranty term. No other materials are accepted. All high definition roofing products must be approved by the
ACC two weeks prior to starting a re-roofing project.
If the ACC is not active, a current Summerfield board member must approve the high definition roofing products.

The homeowner will provide the ACC or board members with a sizable sample of the proposed high definition composition roofing for review. Please download and print the form linked to button above to accompany your samples. The sample size must be large enough to show roofing pattern. The homeowner must receive the signed roofing material agreement prior to starting the re-roofing project.

If a homeowner installs a roof that has been rejected by the ACC or the Summerfield Homeowners Association, the homeowner will be required to change the material at the homeowner’s expense. Someone from the committee will contact you soon.
