A little information about our neighborhood
Our neighborhood consists of only 112 homes. It's small and we like that.
Located in King County the neighborhood is part of the city of Renton.

We are out of the way from the hustle and bustle of Renton but still close enough to shopping, schools and major freeways.
​
Our children who attend public schools are part of the Renton School District.

The greatest charm to our little neighborhood would be the green belt with a hill nestled behind the homes in the back . We are also right across from the Cedar River. The Cedar River Trail is very accessable and enjoyed by many of our residents.

Our neighborhood is eclectic and diverse.
Our HOA is devoted to improving what we already have and bringing our community together.
Cedar River Trail Park
The beautiful Cedar River Trail stretches for 4.5 miles from Lake Washington eastward through downtown Renton to Maple Valley. This 24-acre park contains picnic areas that are close to the water, play equipment, and a non-motorized boat launch.
